Both, headquartered in Paris, is known for its exploration of rubber as a versatile material in the fashion industry. The Gao Pioneer hybrid boot is the result of this partnership, combining traditional workwear elements with futuristic design. It features Cat's classic Colorado upper enhanced with a no-sew cage application and robust hardware for a modern touch. An overbuilt rubber toe cap pays homage to Cat Footwear's heritage.
One of the standout features of the Gao Pioneer is both's unique marbled Gao sole, available in two colorways: Honey and Black. The Honey colorway boasts warm earthy tones, while the Black version offers a more monochromatic look, both accented by neon branding.
